Clients and customers have been known to complain and litigate, when they can resolve their dispute through an arbitration service. This will benefit the Professional. Arbitration
looks at the entire picture, and formulates a determination, based upon facts and evidence
are presented.
What is Arbitration? How does it work? How can I get involved?
Arbitration takes the facts, as perceived by the both the person filing the complaint, and the person who the complaint is filed against. An Arbitrator
panel is assigned, based upon the type of case and the facts are
then analyzed. If necessary, the arbitrator panel will contact either/or both parties,
for further information, and render an decision based upon facts received.
This is not binding, however both parties agree, in
their initial paperwork to allow the decision of the
arbitration to be submitted to a court, if either party goes forward and sues the other party
at the conclusion of Non-Binding Arbitation.

If a complaint is filed against you to our Arbitration Panel, the complaining party will pay a fee of $
50.00. This fee is the only cost to the complaining party.
The professional charged in the complaint is given
the opportunity to file a response, and the charge
to the member also only $ 50.00.
Both parties are given the opportunity to present evidence and information as to why they believe the complaint is founded or unfounded.
We review the complaint, and render a NON BINDING decision based upon the statements and documents supplied to us by both parties.
The process typically takes 30 days from the date both parties are given the opportunity to respond.
The decision of the Arbitrator is mailed to both parties.
Both parties hold the Arbitration Services harmless
from any and all liability.
The Arbitration decision can be used to settle the case.
The Arbitration decision can also be used if litigation occurs. Our findings can be presented to the court
as Non-Binding Arbutration.
THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF ARBITRATION IS DISPUTE RESOLUTION.
There is no appeal to our arbitration decision.
Our Arbitration Decision is non binding arbitration.
Either party can litigate,
since our ruling is, again, a non-binding decision.
The court will have the sole discretion as to whether or not they accept our findings or reinvestigate the case. Both parties hold the Arbitration Panel harmless against any and all liability, in order for us to arbitrate fairly without fear of
retribution litigation. We are not a party to the action
what-so-ever. We can be asked to provide expert
testimony in court for a fee, negotiated by be
requesting party and the expert involved in this
case,
