Graduates of  Appraisal Education Network/Merrell Institute  fee is WAIVED. $ 100 for all others. 

Those who take 28 hours of continuing education with Appraisal Education Network School and or Merrell Institute renewal fees are waived.

Those who take their approved continuing education elsewhere, must send us a copy of all CEU credit (which must equal 28 hour of greater) and

Submit a processing check for $ 35.00 which will corresponds to your license/certification renewal. No fee for those taking all 28 hour at

The Appraisal Education Network School or Merrell Institute. This includes our approved on-line classes.

Graduates of  Appraisal Education Network/Merrell Institute  fee is WAIVED! $ 100 for all others. 

Those who take  all required continuing education with Appraisal Education Network School and or Merrell Institute renewal fees are waived.

Those who take their approved continuing education elsewhere, must send us copies of all CEU's ( 6 hours for 2008 and 24 hours thereafter) and

Submit a processing check for $ 35.00 which will corresponds to your license/certification renewal. No fee for those taking all continuing education

at The Appraisal Education Network School or Merrell Institute.

All applicants will fill out the following application, and will be listed on multiple directories throughout the internet, as per contractual agreements with the advisory committee.

I agree to abide by the regulations of the designation I am applying for. I understand that this is voluntary, and I am requesting same. I certify all the information, including detailed resumes (which will be kept confidential), Licenses, Insurance Binders, etc. are true and correct. I can cancel my affiliation at any time. The Designation is not owned by the applicant. It is permitted to be used while a member in good standing. In the event the individual cancels or does not renew his or her membership, same person agrees to stop using the designation immediately. If an individual makes false statements on their resume regarding experience, his/her application will be revoked, upon verification.
