ADMINISTRATION:
We are a New York State, Department of State Approved Provider of Educational courses leading to licenses in multiple occupations in New York State. These include Real Estate, Real Estate Sales, Brokerage, Appraisal and Home Inspection.
Our Administrative Staff is comprised of a team of Educators, Administrators and Coordinators. Our focus is on delivering affordable, accelerated educational programs for our New York State student participants.
Our Founder/Director is Bill C. Merrell, Ph.D.
Dr. Merrell is NYS Certified to teach Real Estate, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Home Inspection, Real Estate Continuing Education, Appraisal Continuing.
